The information in this section is customer facing and will appear on all correspondence from ICB to the customer so be sure to use your official name, official phone number, and correct physical address.
ICB Point of Contact
Please provide the contact information for the dealership associate that ICB can contact to provide insight and coordinate training opportunities. In most cases this is the Used Car Manager but can be any team member designated by the General Manager.
CRM Lead Delivery
Notifications Setup
Notification are used to notify key personel that a new ICB lead has been delivered to the dealership's CRM. Notifications can be delivered via SMS text message and/or HTML email. In order to send multiple notifications to multiple people, use a comma to separate phone numbers and email address.
